To all GMC members,


We previously had our regular Membership Training for the first half of the year with our best global marketers and Project  manager at July 4th last Saturday. This event is organized for the benefits of mutual communication especially, In order to develop our future direction of our performance as well as building up reliable relationship between marketers and GMC Members.


For this meaningful event, we headed to Leisure Town located in Ga-pyeong which is the best place for enjoying water activity. While heading to the place, we shared depth conversation and gave opinions for development of Global Marketers on the bus.


There were lots of activities for us such as water slides, Blob-jump and water pools. Even more, Sunshine weather with beautiful scenery was perfect for enjoying water activities.  How exciting is it?!






After the event, it was follow by a Barbeque party where everyone gets to know each other better, serving the purpose of such occasion.


It was such meaningful event where marketers share their opinion and having fun together. I hope all global marketers can join and share the meaningful moment with us on the next event of GMC!

The 14th International Organic & Natural Trade Fair for Korea 2015 was held from May 31 to June 1 in SETEC, Seoul. We GMC organized business meeting for foreign buyers and Korean domestic companies.

 

About 40 buyers from 11 countries visited Korea for attending this event and it was successfully completed by matching them to Korean companies which want to sell their organic food and cosmetics to the overseas market.

 

Especially in this event, in order to organize this event successfully, Global marketers did outstanding performance from inviting overseas buyers to managing event.

 

Vu Thi Dai Trang, one of marketers who invited Vietnamese buyers to business meeting, contacted many potential buyers who would like to come to Korea for purchasing and distributing Korean excellent organic products. she could invite one big buyer and we could match them to domestic companies which sells their interested items.

 

Also, in terms of managing event, she supported matching companies with buyers so that most of meetings went well according to the fixed schedule and they could have useful conversation during given time.





Thanks to the great support of marketers, most of participants were satisfied with the result of meeting and expressed their gratitude to our staffs about the well-organized event.

 

We have more events planned on the second half of this year!  It will be a great opportunity for global marketers to extend global thier work scope and develop their ability to be a genuine global marketer.

Welcome New Global Marketers of EC21!


The first orientation for New Global Marketers was held on April 17 in EC21.

It was valuable moment for sharing information about business of EC21 and Global marketing center. We appreciate all the marketers for attending orientation and sharing time with us to get more information about position.

Excellent Marketer Presentation

Excellent Marketer’s opinion on telemarketing “know-how”.

On March 2015, excellent marketer, Eljin (marketer), shared his “know-how”.

When marketing, together with the project manager, 

one should prepare on the “know-how” for the products selling point and better way of introduction to the buyers.

Outcome sharing time

-About outcome sharing time-



To all GMC members,

 We previously had our last sharing session with the presence of all tele-marketer(GMC) and Project  manager at 27th March. Though its brief, 

to those who fail to come due to a busy schedule, we had prepared a simplified writing version for them. 

In order to develop our future direction of our performance sharing session as well as the “know-how” of our marketing activities, such event is organized for the benefits of mutual communication.


 Furthermore, being a global marketer, you can take this opportunity to discuss with your project manager freely on the development of projects, or even voice your opinion to the company representive, CEO. 

Such events include EC21’s business area and its future vision. On the other hand, the event will also include reward session for excellent marketers and sharing session by marketers for a better marketing method.

 With many new “know-how” being shared, there are new opportunities for development. 


Finally, on behalf of EC21’s and global marketer’s, this discussion was held to remedy each shortcomings and to develop together for the better future. “For a better working environment, I will do my best!”, was a promise made by the CEO and the discussion session ends joyfully. 


After the event, it was follow by a dinner feast where everyone gets to know each other better, serving the purpose of such occasion. Such meaningful event where marketers share their “know-how” and having delicious feast will be held 4 times annually, how could you miss it?

Today, I want to share a successful case of project.

Firstly, This is Nattha, I worked for Jinmi food and Daechoeng food as soon as I got the potential list of buyers, I searched for the information about each buyer, I look for their products and their profile through a company website to seek for their interest and that could realize me the possibility of them to purchase the products I want to promote to them

 

The product is Daecheong's Korean gilled seaweeds and Jinmi's Kimchi

Global marketer: Nattha(Thailand)


After getting enough information about the buyers, I called them, and kindly represent the products to the buyers. 

I always ask what kind of product they are looking for, so I can send the right catalogue of the products to them later. 

Fort this time, one buyer which is INTERUNIQUE Company from Thailand, 

told me that they are searching for various kinds of products from South Korea to be distributed in Thailand.

Therefore, I tried asking for more details if she has any specific type of products she used to imported or anything she wanted so that can help me promoting the products to her easily.

 

Luckily, INTERUNIQUE was interested in Korean food and snack which is definitely matched with my project. 

So, I told her it would be our honor to have a meeting with them. 

So, we can promote our products to her directly and she can taste our impressive product. I also confirm her that she would not be disappointed. Fortunately, after second called, the purchasing manager said they have a plan to visit Korea for some exhibition. 


So, if the time is possible, she can meet. therefore, I tried dealing for the most favorable time for the meeting between the buyers and sellers

 

On January 29th, there was a face to face meeting with one buyer from Thailand INTERUNIQUE company. It was a very good opportunity to learn so many useful information about Thailand market and realize Thai people's demand and supply directly from Thai buyer

Before meeting, I and my project manager studied every detail about the products to get ready for the consultation. 

From this process, it was very good time to know more about the products and study expertly about the products.

Normally, we sit and consult directly with a buyer. To get the right information and advice from a buyer and make the consultation proceed smoothly. 


I as a global marketer is in charge of translating, recording and nothing the message the buyer said. after that, if there is any significant information and favorable advice about the products, the message will be sent to project manager

Today, Yu Haiyi who is one of our best global marketers wants to share his experience in EC21.하이2

 

Hello everyone, this is Yu Haiyi. I have been working here in EC21 as a part timer since Oct. 2014. 

I enjoy working here as I grow together with the company.

My first impression of EC21 when I came in the first day was the company is quite large in terms of staff and space. 

I was a bit nervous at first but things got smoothed out when our GMC manager,

 who was a friendly lady with big smiles, took us through the orientation.합체 

As I started working, I realized that my colleagues are nice, easy going and well connected with each other in such a big organization.

  

There are always different projects from various industries that we can work on every day. 

They are handled by different projects managers, 

so I can get to know my colleagues easily and develop my marketing experience as well as to learn about a diverse range of products.

 

Sometimes, I will need to conduct market research on the internet or on the phone. 

What I like about this role is that I can get to know the first hand market information and especially when talking to industry exports on the phone, I can receive most updated valuable information that is not open to outsiders. 

In EC21, I can become very knowledgeable on what the market trend in various sectors of industry is going to be and how it will change in the future.

 

I like working here also because they have a well-organized management system and structure of payment and they treat part-timers nicely with respect.

 

Although I am not a big fan of shopping, but our office is located in the world trade center adjacent to the Coex complex where big shopping malls, cinemas, restaurants, entertainment facilities are located. Everything is convenient around here working environment is second to none. I will definitely work here as long as I can.  바이
